Hi there, Where did you check that you had the engrams? If it was on a third party app like DIM it could be outdated and needed a refresh. Another possible scenario is that your postmaster was full and you lost your engrams. Both of these are things to keep in mind moving forward so you will not lose any engrams in the future.
