No, the Chronicler Seal will not be available to earn when season 12 starts, even if the remaining Triumphs you need are from destinations that aren't being vaulted.

Ahh damn really! Thats sucks 🤦♂️ all i needed was Truth to Power Lore book which is half done and bungie screwed me over with the downtime and updates when i was trying to get the lore 😂 thanks anyways for your reply
