Luna's Howl Replica Never Sent

So back in april 2019 I got the luna's howl and they gave me a code for a free replica. They said shipping was super backed up and so I wasn't able to get it right away. However, I never got it. Because the order was so long ago, I can't find the tracking order and I can't change the shipping address. I still have the receipt for it but I just never got it. I kept forgetting to ask about it, but now that I am finally being able to settle down I was going through my older emails and once again realized that I never got my replica Luna's Howl. I think I emailed bungie before about this but never got a response. Not sure what to do now, as they are probably not giving them out, and the link to get it is obviously expired. But even when I was living there, I bought it and was there an additional 4 months, checking for packages pretty much daily until I moved out of that place and it still never came. Either it was stolen, or they truly did forget to send it. Like I said, it is probably far too late now, but since Bungie doesn't have an email for this sort of thing and I still long for that awesome hand cannon replica, I figured I would try one last time before I finally gave up. I wish I could add the attachment of my receipt where I paid $63.31 for it and I even still have the discount code (since Bungie did their typical $777,777.777 pricing for something until you get the discount code from completing the triumph) but it wouldn't let me attach it here. Regardless, hopefully someone could help. I still have the original emails and the order number and everything so if that information is needed to see what happened to it and possibly help me get to the bottom of this, it would be greatly appreciated. Luna's Howl is still one of my greatest achievements since I never really went for anything major like that and I definitely did not play a lot of competitive PvP. Still use the gun to this day.
