Hey there! Are you able to log onto Steam with your credentials? Also, you may want to log onto Steam with your credentials and then logging onto the app with your Steam credentials.

I have a similar problem. I play on PS4 and Steam. I started my character on PS4. I have cross save enabled and can use the app to transfer items just fine, but when I try to switch to Steam on the app so I can use LFG for PC it says no characters available. I have everything linked on Bungie.net and tried reinstalling the app and nothing seems to work. I would like to fix this so I can use LFG for PC and PS4.
