Hi there! The #Help forums are not able to assist with appeals of restrictions or bans. However, there is a process in place for you to appeal your ban or restriction. Please review the Contact Form: Appeal Ban or Restriction article found here. Please note that, as mentioned in the article, there is no guarantee for a response, nor is there a guarantee that your ban or restriction will be overturned. For more information on Bungie's policy regarding bans and restrictions, please review the policy here.

 • Hey again. If you check out the link to the policy I previously sent, you'll see all the reasons you may have been banned for. Bungie will not give you a specific reasoning here on the #Help forum. If you do get a response from them to your appeal, you may get a reasoning there. The most common reasons are usually that you were in a fireteam consistently with someone who was cheating, or you had some external program on your computer that was trying to modify or analyze the operation of Destiny 2.
