Allo there,
If you fall into the pit there is a small hatch on the right you can use to escape and then run around and up to claim your loot. Did any of it not goto your post master?

Hi, and thank you for the reply! I know the area you're speaking of, where the floor collapses and a large immune Knight is roaming about a fairly tight space. That area is the one we failed to spawn into. We were stuck in the arena where you fight the bosses and ads between Branches. We could see the area where we were supposed to spawn as a platform far, far above (as one of the three of us spawned correctly, we could see their name there as well). As for the post master, to be quite honest I closed the game before going back down to the Tower, so I'm not sure. That said, I didn't get a chance to use the Cipher Decoder, which I'm assuming is a requirement for getting the loot.

AHH unfortunately a slight glitch with the spawn area. You do get 1 free chest at the end which spawns all sorts of goodies however for it to goto postmaster you need to return to orbit rather then shutting down the game as going to orbit tells the game to send it. Hopefully the spawn glitch won't happen again.
