Thanks for your report. To clarify, was this a Festival specific reward that dropped or a general reward?

Same here-- got a 750 Old Fashioned as my Pinnacle. My base level is 1059...smfh

It was general legendary gear helmet I got at end of the dungeon (Icarus Drifter Mask) To update further I just found pinnacle engram (1054) in my inventory but I'm not sure if I got that one from Haunted Forest or not (but most likely since I haven't done much yet today). So it's possible I was wrong about the pinnacle level BUT I found weird that other legendary drop and event mask were scaled at base lvl 750. That one is still issue. Also, random blue gear that dropped from Haunted forest enemies was scaled correctly (1050)

That's just a regular Prime if it matches your light level-- not Pinnacle

Well, for me, it was the Pinnacle Gear for completing 7 branches. Got a level 750 legendary engram instead.

I just want to add that one of the rewards I got at the end of Haunted Forest was Braytech Winterwolf also scaled at base 750lvl. I believe both legendary helmet and Braytech weapon were drops from final chests.
