Freelance isn’t going to solve anything, bad players are going to find something else to claim is the reason why they’re loosing as though loosing maters.

I'm am a horrible PvP player, yet I win 49.8% of Iron Banner matches, and always play solo. I have seen players with top 20% K/D who win 53% of their IB matches because they also play solo a lot. So, individual skill doesn't seem to affect win/loss much at all, but stacking does, especially if the players are at all above average. I also don't think most people care about W/L or K/D. The majority are happy if they can get a decent number of kills/assists and not feel like they are dying 10 seconds out of spawn.

The only way stacking actually effects IB is because people are convinced it matter, or that winning does, and quit leaving their team under powered and able to be steam rolled by a full team. People being shitty teammates effects IB, not the actual players in a stack.
