They have not given enough detailed information about anything going into BL so I just decided to put my money into a new game in November and skip this DLC. They even stated in this weeks twab that their will be bugs and they even said what the bugs will be and that those bugs would not be fixed till after DLC launch. They took several extra months to make this DLC and they still can not get it right.
