Hey there! Have you checked the [u]Wrapped Items[/u] section in your Inventory? They are also located in the consumables tab.
You can contact Bungie through their [url=https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Troubleshoot?oid=13681]Missing Eververse Item contact form[/url] and they’ll be able to look more into this issue.

I have checked the wrapped items selections and nothing was there, but I will try to contact bungie as you said. Thanks for the help!
