Have they been claimed? Do you have a maximum amount of prisms you can hold? If not, unfortunately nothing can be done if they are nowhere to be found. Bungie at it again. No I am a returning day one player trying to masterwork my first set of gear since taking a two year break. The fact that there isn’t a way to give me content I paid for is theft. This is the best feeling most poorly run game I’ve ever played. I keeping giving it second chances. And you stuff all of the content into eververse just to not give people items that they have paid for?! That’s literally theft.
