I just pre-ordered the Beyond Light deluxe edition Bundle and haven’t received my emote, Ghost shell or Emblem, any idea why this is or on how to fix this?
I’ve checked my Postmaster, Tess, Rahool, everyone in the tower and none of them have the items

Quit out of the game, and go to your Home menu. From there, highlight D2 and hit the menu button on your controller. Select the "Manage Game and Add-Ons" option, and there should be two Beyond Light preorder bonus files that you need to download. Once you have them downloaded, go back into the game, and you should be able to pick the items up from Rahool.
