Hey there! Do you share your Amazon Prime account with anyone else? If so, do they play Destiny 2 and do they also sign up for this program?
To confirm, you've double-checked that the Gear Drop has been claimed on the Twitch Prime site?
If you go into your Bungie account Settings and click "Accounts & Linking," do you see Twitch Prime at the bottom of the page under the "Authorized Applications" sections?

Also in approved applications I see Prime Gaming "Approved" and then "Rejected". I did it month ago when I didnt get my first reward. Relinking didn't help. It still rejected. I've sent at least 4 mails to Bungie, but they didn't answer still.

Do you have an active Amazon Prime Membership as well as a Twitch Prime Membership? You will need to relink your accounts together again. To restore your connection, you need to re-connect your Twitch account to your Bungie.net account. Unfortunately, Twitch Prime rewards can only be claimed one time - if you don't see them in your Partner Rewards, you may want to re-link your accounts together then wait until next month to claim that Gear Drop then see if they appear in Amanda Holliday's inventory in the Tower Hangar.

Yes I have active prime gaming. I've tried to relink - won't help

Does it still say rejected? Please unlink your twitch account, clear cache/cookies, and relink your account again using the link provided above.

Thank you so much! Now it's approved :D Sorry for my bad English btw. And now, how can I get my rewards for this month if it's already CLAIMED for my bungie account? Don't you know? Cause I've payed my money for this Prime Gaming and using only for this loot. I can't watch series on English, cause it has no any russian subs there on Prime Video and also I don't like watching any streamers. So I bought this only for loot. Mb you know any other dev mail?

No problem and don’t worry! If they show up in your Partner Rewards and now Twitch Prime is authorized, you may expect them to show up next month with the next loot drop or possibly on the next weekly reset. If they do not show up at those times, they will not able to be claimed again.

So if they not show up, I've payed my money for nothing and Bungie just fooled me?
-
No, I dont share my account with anyone. And yes, I see my twitch account linked to my bungie account. Also yes, I've tried so many times to link and unlink my twitch account and won't help.
