Hey there! Do you share your Amazon Prime account with anyone else? If so, do they play Destiny 2 and do they also sign up for this program? Have you tried logging in and out of the game to see if anything changes?
To confirm, you've double-checked that the Gear Drop has been claimed on the Twitch Prime site?
If you go into your [url=https://www.bungie.net/en/Profile/Settings]Bungie account Settings[/url] and click "Accounts & Linking," do you see Twitch Prime at the bottom of the page under the "Authorized Applications" sections?
Have you claimed your reward in your [url=https://www.bungie.net/7/en/Codes/Partners]Partner Rewards section[/url]?

Thank you too for your reply, well I have this unique Prime account and last month I claimed it without problems, so don't know what happen now. I also checked Partner Rewards Section and my bungie account settings, all seems to be good.
