bungie doesn't do refunds. although, go to the help page on 'silver' and look for the contact us button near the bottom. normally you can't buy something with silver if it's already owned on your account, you just didn't have time to open it so it knew that you already owned it.

It was a finisher. I thought you had to buy it on all three characters. So I bought on two and opened then a friend said you could just out of collections. Btw I'm new to the game.
