Well that's not good but isn't that what this area is for? if something goes wrong I.E you get a season pass reward engram and get the shell but not get the shell or any of the other engram rewards because of a server error not a consumer error you attempt to contact a community manager and they perhaps help you through it yes? I paid for the engram with real money via the season pass levels but I had already gotten the item out of the randomized loot pool then lost it due to a server issue if your theory is correct then I should get some form of support not necessarily them directly giving me the shell but some form of compensation. if I were to compare it to a mobile game they give you compensation after every update because they are aware some things may be lost if you were playing on the server just before the server update but they offer it server wide not just to the individual who lost their stuff so any progress lost can get repaid and if I recall correctly I did earn it around the time solstice of heroes was about to start. (even though I didn't take part in it)

Did you unlock the shell recently like on a Tuesday around reset?
