A lot of people seem to be completely misunderstanding what you mean by lobby balancing and are instead talking about matchmaking, which is completely separate.
The issue Bungie has here is they'll often put all the good players on one team and all the shit players on the other team, making for an awful match.

I swear we need a -blam!-ing Crucible sub-forum that requires a 1.0 KD or higher to use. I hate to be that guy, but the heavy majority of bad players just simply have no idea what’s going on. But more importantly, they THINK they do, so they try to take part in discussions on things they know nothing about.

Here is a suggestion a 0.1k/d could make, since you don't have to have a 1.0k/d to have common sense. have dedicated servers. there, commonsense from someone who hates the PvP of this game. super duper brain power

Not saying someone doesn’t have common sense if they’re bad at PvP. The issue is when people who don’t know anything about PvP get on here and argue with people who do.
