Old Battle.net character
After cross save was enabled I got my old PS4 character back, i was wondering if there was any way for me to gain access to my battle.net character/account again, any help appreciated.

3 RepliesAs you have cross-save active, with your PSN account set as main, those characters are the only ones you can currently access. In order to access your former Battle.net characters, which are now on Steam; you would need to either switch the active save data for cross-save, or deactivate cross-save. It would depend on whether you wish to have your PC characters playable on both PC and PS, or only on PC. Keep in mind that if you do deactivate cross-save, it will put your accounts into a 90 day cooldown period, before you could possibly reactivate cross-save. Switching the active save, would mean that your PSN data would become dormant.
