Hey there! I am able to use those features. Go to Settings > App Settings > Delete Cache as well as Delete Content Database. Otherwise, you can do a full uninstall of the app and reinstall it.

I was having the same issue. Deleted and reinstalled with cache clears and restarts. Finally connection via my phone hotspot seems to have fixed it. Now I’m back on my wifi no problem. Thanks

Thank you for the response, unfortunately, it's still not working for me. I tried deleting the app and reinstalling it a couple times now and still nothing. I also just checked the cache and it states it's at 0. I'm totally at a loss here.

Edited by TheHaraamPolice: 9/22/2020 11:46:09 PMUninstall the app and power off your phone. Power it back on and reinstall the app. I guess you can say powering off your phone is similar to a cache clear.

I tried that as well, but still not working. This is on my iPad, so I tried downloading the app onto my iPhone. It produced the same result I'm afraid. I simply cannot access the Guardian nor director tabs on the app. This is becoming insatiably frustrating at this point as I frequently play with all 3 of my guardians. Thank you for your suggestions though.

What message pops up when trying to access them?

It states that content is out of date. Upon pressing the reload button it simply returns to the same screen saying "content is out of date. Tap to update." When I press reload it spins to 100% but immediately returns to "content is out of date."

Ok, so in desperation I tried something. I took my Ipad off of Wi-Fi and put it onto my cellular service then closed the app and immediately reopened it. Now it's working fine even after switching my back onto my Wi-Fi. That was weird, but it's working again for now. Thanks for your help, hopefully this helps you aid others in the same predicament. Take Care.

No problem! Usually going on LTE helps. Shockingly I did not think of it.
