  • i am at Eris it just shows their only one page its blank except at the top where it shows bounties., An honestly I have no way to take a picture right now my laptop dose not have a camera and my phone has been broke since before I was laid off back in April because of the pandemic all of my money been going to rent medical bill's and and groceries.

    You may need to progress further along into the campaign. I can’t recall exactly when she will provide the deluxe items. Or try deleting/reinstalling the deluxe items from game library.

  • i tried to delete the the deluxe items and reinstall it did not work, I even deleted the entire game over the weekend and reinstalled it all and that did not work either, it say here on bungie.net that the deluxe items are available as soon as the first mission in shadowkeep completed.

  • after a couple days of going back and forth with playstation support they told me that the problem was on bungie end and it was a known issue, they told me to get ahold of bungie and get a redeem code for the eris morn shell, the emote and emblem, how can i contact bungie for the redeem code.

  • They are passing the buck. There is no known issue with this. Also, Bungie doesn’t handle codes for game licenses (which the deluxe edition content is). The codes are handled by platform support and/or the retailer that you bought from.
