If you recognize the loading screen image location, DON'T GO RIGHT TO IT. Talk to Anna first. I did and likely spoiled the quest. I just got an "Investigate" at that location, nothing else, and then the quest wrap-up from Anna when I went back to her. What did I miss? (don't post spoiler here)

I went straight to her and she didnt say anything new about it to me. Just the regular stuff. If there was supposed to be some kinda of dialogue before the investigation I didnt get it

There was nothing from Ana prior to investigating the room. It was the name of the signal that told you where to go.
