Hey there! PC Move is a one time transfer. Once you've transferred your battle.net account to your Steam account, you're stuck with that Steam account.
If you wish to migrate that other battle.net account, a new Steam account needs to be created as your previous transfer has bound your battle.net ID and Steam ID together.

I do not reply to other people without reading the post. Whatever has happened to that Steam account cannot be used for the migration. You need to follow that error message by making a new Steam account to transfer your battle.net data. In order to do that, both accounts have to be linked to bungie.net. Unlink that Steam account you have in your profile and put a new Steam account there.

yes, because i gonna make a new steam account just for destiny. i dont know what other b.net account they are referring to, i ONLY GOT THE ONE. some BS has happened on their end

Nothing has happened on their end. There are people that make mistakes when doing the PC Move. They will accidentally transfer their data to a different Steam account without knowing. This is most likely the case here if you did not do any transfers before. Either way, a new Steam account has to be created in order to start the migration process.
