It should b this amount of loot forever. This is actually rewarding. Too bad Bungie doesn't ever want us to feel rewarded.

well maybe things arent rewarding because they have not taken away yet, people really haven't appreciated a lot of the ways bungie has made us more powerful, mainly because there are no gaps in our arsonal, therefore there is no reason to chase anything, therefore less rewarding. Hence the reason why sunsetting is happening, Its the point that everyone's avoiding when it comes to sunsetting, after all why play new content when you already have the best available stuff.

It's because cost of masterworking gear is high. Cores can be acquired fairly quickly if you grind every day but shards and prisms harder to come by. Considering everyone upgrading their obsolete armor. Normal nightfall rewards fall short of it

That is true however after looking after last weeks twab the masterwork economy might become a bit more lubricated, Now all we need is a good and reliable of the source of 60+ armor that is an endgame activity that isn't the raid or trials so that way people can't gatekeep the living heck out of it. Let us be real here, there is way too much gatekeeping in this game when it comes to raids and trials.
