Now I agree with this statement. Its activation is slower than anything in this game. My other problems with are the tracking of the actual shot. My statement about it is simple. Either give me tracking or don't, this in between crap has ruined most of my shots with it. Also when a tether enemy is killed (PvE and PvP) that should could as a super kill. It drives me mad when I get a bounty that says get kills with supers.
