Needs an overhaul. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve seen opponents just walk out of it or kill me while I come back from the animation after they’ve been hit. It doesn’t shut down supers quick enough either. The Scorn almost have a better tether. Yeah, tether sucks but the subclass at least has some perks worth using.

If you shoot the tether actually at enemies you float there like a sitting duck, if you stick it somewhere you hope enemies might wander into then it’s easy to avoid and weak at range. Shuts down a super but you’ve got to time that right. Shame because the other abilities are quite cool.
