Let it die. PVP never should have been part of the game to begin with. We wouldn’t be vaulting weapons if the pvp set wasn’t constantly crying for every weapon that kills them to be nerfed. Bungie would have time to take care of the actual game if they didn’t waste so much time catering to people who can’t handle facing actual competition.

Sunsetting is about hardware limitations, not weapon balancing. Bungie just saw it as an opportunity to remove certain weapons from playlists such as trials, IB and the end game PvE for the next season.

black hammer all the way to whisper of the worm. And Gjallarhorn are some good examples of why weapons got nerfed due to pve issues. If your saying they only get nerfed because of pvp thats just not accurate bro.

Pvp is the only thing that's ever kept this game alive. When pve is dry and even when it isn't the pve community -blam!-s off to play something else while the pvp community plays just cause they enjoy the game.

What a joke. There’s nothing in the last 6 years that indicates that that’s anything but wishful thinking. PVP is a cancer that’s been holding the game back from day 1

Edited by PraiseTheSun \lTl/: 9/22/2020 5:52:08 AMAll of the first year of D2 was strictly kept alive by the pvp community as bad as the sandbox was that first year. Cause I know curse of osiris and vanilla D2 where not keeping pve players entertained.i get why you don't like it though everytime you attempt to hop in you get smacked lol

Edited by Heehee: 9/22/2020 2:44:38 AMIzanagi > nerfed cuz PvE Whisper > nerfed cuz PvE 150 GLs > nerfed cuz PvE LMGs > nerfed cuz PvE Legendary snipers > nerfed mainly cuz PvE Perks unique to certain weapon types such as Trench Barrel > nerfed cuz PvE Literally all the meta PvE wepaons were nerfed because - BIG SURPRISE! - the devs considered them to be too good in PvE There are barely any big nerfs I've seen that's been made exclusively because of PvP, and most of those weapons that DID get nerfed because of Crucible weren't PvE guns anyways > Luna's Howl > Not Forgotten > Last Word Hardlight doesn't count because they nerfed it in the PvP sandbox only, and Lord of Wolves is still very useable in PvE Recluse was pretty broken in both PvE and PvP, and got nerfed accordingly. Now it's still very good and widely used in PvE content. Mountaintop is game breaking in both types of content, and nobody should be surprised that it's getting adjusted.

People still believe this 😂 Auto-reload, Box breathing, Whisper, Izanagi, Grenade Launchers, trench barrel, etc... were all pvp related 😂

lol what? at what point would autoreload be broken in pvp? Every hunter basically has auto reload built in to their class ability so you make no sense bro.
-
Glad to see you noticed it didn’t make sense. That right there my guy is sarcasm...
-
my fault bro
-
Shooting infinitely into one corridor with Sweet Business would have been the funniest shit I would see in trials if they left auto reload.
