Hey there! You have not responded back from the previous post, so I will continue the conversation here. Next time her game crashes, could you paste her DxDiag here? Do not save it with the game opened. You can find this by doing the following:
• Press (Windows Key + R) to bring up the Run dialog box, enter this command “dxdiag” without quotation marks. • Click on “Save all information”. • Copy the text and use a text dump website (i.e. PasteBin.com) to paste the information. • Create a link and post it here.
• Those specs are below minimum requirements in order to play Destiny 2. You may want to review what she needs to strive for. https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/46405

 • Those Intel specs cannot run the game successfully. It could run, but you would expect a lot of crashes.

 • Are you running on those Intel graphics? Your GTX 1050 is at minimum requirements, so that is only a slight problem, but still works fine. You also have a Windows error "AppHangB1". For the best experience, it is recommended that players update their drivers to their most recent versions, and accept any Windows updates that have yet to be applied before accessing Destiny 2 on PC. Here is some information which may help:
- Try disabling or not running any GPU utilities such as MSI Afterburner or EVGA Precision - Setting Destiny 2 and Battle.net to "Run as Administrator" - Setting an exception to your antivirus and removing Windows Firewall - Reviewing this Battle.net article to keep your system in top performance: https://eu.battle.net/support/en/article/25946 - Here is an article which shows steps that might help you: https://appuals.com/apphangb1-error/ - You may also want to update your OS and drivers.
