I stopped playing whenever it was the Moon tower PE went live. Just couldn’t fool myself any longer. I hope to come back some day but I’m not seeing a direction I can get behind. D1 content doesn’t appeal to me. Losing D2 content doesn’t appeal to me. Same, numerous, QOL issues seem to be in place, though in fairness I like the upcoming ghost changes. Sunsetting and DCV dug really big holes on top of preexisting conditions. D2 was really just D1 all along, and the fact they’re committed to it for years instead of giving us something genuinely exciting and new is a big let down. Don’t see enough in the pipe that makes me want to put down other games I’m currently enjoying (which, ironically, are old a Bungie titles from when they had their stuff together). I’ll keep listening i, though, in case Bungie decides to get back to kicking ass and being the studio I used to love follow so faithfully since ‘97.
