Hunter kinda already there, but let us move around or cancel animations or whatever for our other classes. Or at least be able to cancel the animation for putting down a rift or wall.

Not sure I think making them [i]instant[/i] is the right decision. Rifts and Barriers are supposed to be preemptive where as dodge is supposed to be reactive so it needs to be faster than the other two but for sure rifts and barriers need to be adjusted to make them more viable, especially rift as it takes an outrageous amount of time to activate.
