It really is saddening that the best way to go into a new Destiny expansion, is with the lowest expectations ever.

Covid-19. "Making content is hard" - Bungie 😳 No Activision. Resource issues- Development of Matter ongoing. Technical issues with removing current assets - Might partially explain the launch being delayed. Sunsetting backlash. DCV skepticism. At this point is hard to be optimistic.

And they way they handle the sunsetting is an aspect as well. Re-issued weapons, new weapon preview just with a little silk cloth wrapped around, many archetypes missing. Your options are smaller now. You have 1 or two viable ARs for PVE and that's it. You have no kinetic special grenade launcher but we got two void ones. This just shows they have totally no idea what they are doing. On top you have two void swords but one of it is stupidly broken AND way easier to get.
