Console Settings Feel Outdated.

Hello. I am a returning player. I put down the game ever since the release of Shadowkeep, and came back when I heard about the Beyond Light expansion. While the game itself feels fresh to me with the overwhelming amount of content I have to catch up with, the console settings do not. The other FPS titles I have played this year all offer advanced options in terms of aim, sway, FOV, and other fine tuning adjustments, including ones for aim assist types. I am continually disappointed with the lack of care for player preference. I currently play as the max sensitivity, and I still feel slow and sluggish this game does not offer anything higher, nor does it offer anything to stop the slow to fast dynamic sway when looking left to right. This problem has especially been a plague to me in the crucible. I love to play with bows, but aim assist often feels too sticky. Not to mention that I cannot dodge a Jotunn blast, hit an Icarus Dash spamming Warlock, or track a hunter jumping over my head because the game's settings only allow me to react at a snail's pace. It's annoying and feels more like a limitation rather than a lack of skill because I KNOW I can do better if I just had the means to do it. If I were to recommend a template for adjustments, Modern Warfare is a good start. (I'm not saying that Destiny and Modern Warfare are comparable by any means, i'm just saying that Modern Warfare has a lot of advanced and precise options for player preferences.) I feel like an overhaul to settings would also help with console's naturally slower pvp nature.
