Hey there! Do you share your Amazon Prime account with anyone else? If so, do they play Destiny 2 and do they also sign up for this program? Have you tried logging in and out of the game to see if anything changes?
To confirm, you've double-checked that the Gear Drop has been claimed on the Twitch Prime site?
If you go into your Bungie account Settings and click "Accounts & Linking," do you see Twitch Prime at the bottom of the page under the "Authorized Applications" sections?
Have you claimed your reward in your Partner Rewards section?

Hello there! Thank you for helping me out! Currently I am the only one that use it. And yep, I double checked! I did do a quick, log out and log in on the character and nothing change. However, when I did the Partner Rewards and then linked everything, they appeared! So thank you so much for this! I still am missing the Legendary Shadow Dance for the Digital order (unless that might be located somewhere or I need to be at a certain stage in the game)

I don’t remember where you get the bonuses from the Deluxe Edition. Check with all the NPC’s in the Courtyard and check your emote collection.

Can anyone help me as well? I'm having an issue where I started on PS4 and then later switched to PC (Steam), now my cross save is active from PSN to Steam and those are linked to my Bungie account and my Bungie account is linked to my Twitch account. I have not been able to receive any of the Twitch drops (noting that I was claiming them on Twitch when I wasn't actively play Destiny 2 at the time and I don't think my accounts were linked at the time, that being Twitch to Bungie) and I've checked the partner rewards section on my Bungie account and there's nothing there from what I can see, I checked the other tabs too and it didn't seem like there was anything there. Feeling super ripped off, and I know no one else could've linked to my twitch with their bungie because I don't hand out my twitch info to people.

To restore your connection, you need to re-connect your Twitch account to your Bungie.net account. Unfortunately, Twitch Prime rewards can only be claimed one time - if you don't see them in your Partner Rewards, you may want to re-link your accounts together then wait until next month to claim that Gear Drop then see if they appear in Amanda Holliday's inventory in the Tower Hangar.

Also it says on my twitch that I have claimed the rewards, and I remember each time clicking the claim rewards, I check my Twitch quite regularly for rewards and I've always loved Destiny since the first one, so I figured I might come back and that's why I always claimed the rewards. Such a bummer to be missing out on so much content.
