Unfortunately the seal will go... reason people are upset with chronicler title ... lots people have done the parts on the leaving worlds but still have dreaming city parts... but they won't be able to complete it after beyond light. One of the recent twabs identified which ones will be gone in Nov.

No worries ... got hit with that on chronicler myself ... checked when they announced vaulting ... saw all parts on disappearing worlds done .. okay no worries... by time they announced it was going to be removed was truly impossible to get anymore as lore opportunities only come out every 3 weeks for one. I gave up on it.
