Hey there! You will need to contact PlayStation Support to help gain access to your account. If that is unsuccessful, you will need to move your good accounts over to a new Bungie.net profile. All emblems tied to your current profile will not carry over to the new one.

Your character data is tied to Bungie’s servers. The only things you are losing are stuff tied to your code redemption history.

That's not too bad then, don't think I've redeemed any codes.. Would I need to unlink all accounts from this account?

If you unlink all accounts from this profile, you will no longer be able to sign into this account in which cannot be recovered. If you wish to create a free account and keep it linked in case you want to grab some emblems, you are free to do so. You just need to move your accounts over to the new profile that need to be cross saved.
