I noticed a Main Ingredient rolled with Liquid Coils and a Charge Time masterwork, but these things cancel each other out. Liquid Coils gives +10 impact and +40ms charge time, and Charge Time masterwork gives -10 Impact and -40ms charge time.
It doesn't seem like this should even be possible as a roll since that's effectively removing a perk from the second column of the fusion rifle. I assume it happens on the other fusion rifles with those in their perk pool too. Just thought you Bungie folks might find it appropriate to adjust that as I don't think there are any other weapon types that have such a conflicting perk pool potential.

Well we obviously can't have good fusion rifles in the game. They either literally break the game (Telesto), get sunset (Loaded Question), get cried over in PvP (Erentil), or are simply not better than a shotgun instead (all other FRs).
