Rapid fire frames can also roll backup plan...which does absolutely nothing to a rapid fire frame. 🤦♂️

I don't believe that is true. The backup plan fusion rifle patch changed all fusion rifles, regardless of archetype, will charge in 0.459 seconds and deal 35 per bolt with Backup Plan active.

Here is the direct quote regarding the changes. "Backup Plan Backup Plan now adjusts impact to match the Rapid-Fire sub-archetype while active. Charge time is now set to match the Rapid-Fire's sub-archetype * 0.85 while active." If there has been a change since this, I missed it.

Bruh. It doesn't effect rapid fire frames in any way. Not 15% not 20%. When backup plan is active it makes all fusions regardless of frame fire at the rate of a rapid fire frame. I have a rapid fire frame with backup plan and it does nothing.
