Like getting firmly planted and moving target on the same weapon... should not exist.
Hip fire grip on a sniper, tap the trigger on a rocket launcher. Smh

It's not well-known, but Firmly Planted works anytime the game registers you as crouched, including when you're sliding. Moving Target works anytime you're moving, including when you're crouched. It may not seem like it, but Firmly Planted/Moving Target is a pretty solid roll. You can use the perks separately or stacked with each other.

Akctuallly the aim assist buff from moving target is active even while stationary lol.
-
Okay, I usually dismantle rolls that have opposite perks. Maybe I should take a closer look. Got a rocket launcher with tap the trigger and a stability masterwork a couple of seasons ago. Seemed like an easy choice to dismantle. I got one later with cluster bombs and a velocity masterwork. (Tracking is intrinsic like Zenobia D)
-
I mean, that rocket launcher roll does seem like an auto-dismantle to me, but I would try to give more rolls that you'd usually skip a second look. Who knows? Maybe you'll find a weird combination that meshes with you.
-
I once had a hipfire grip slide shot sole survivor
-
kill clip on a RL is so bad
-
I have a "Uriels Gift" with that roll, richochet rounds and stability masterwork with a good red dot. It is a fawkin laser beam!
-
Honestly that's not half bad firmly planted only needs you to crouch now so you can move faster crouched with an insane aim
-
Edited by JazzyPaladin477: 9/13/2020 4:53:02 PMLol that is actually a great roll. Moving target still gives you an aim assist bonus even when crouching and not moving. It is hidden hand from d1+a movement bonus. Add the firmly planted accuracy bonus to the MT aim assist and you have a super sticky head shot machine.

Bipolar rolls are fine. Not every roll has to be good. I think we should keep trash rolls
-
Wouldn’t you still be able to take advantage of both moving target and firmly planted still though, it would be good in both scenarios then.
-
Crouch strafe like a boss, or slide shooting. Sliding counts as moving and as crouching so win win.
-
Is that actually true?
-
Sliding activates firmly planted Also, Moving target affects crouch walking speed Also also, moving target description is wrong. Aim assist buff is there even while stationary.
-
Sure, can't use both at the same time but I guess you could think of it as versatile. I have box breathing and snapshot on my Beloved... 2 different perks for 2 different scenarios
-
you can use both. moving target is a blanket +10 aim assist, moving or not. you get faster strafing speed on top
