The Prismacolor Premiers are perfectly fine imo. I've heard that Faber Castel Polychromos pencils are really good, but they can be a little expensive.

Thanks for your reply, I’ll give these Prismacolor Premiers a go! Those Faber Castell pencils [i]do[/i] get pretty expensive; however, maybe once I get a better handle on drawing with color, I can start to save up for them! They look like a nice set!
