Assassins' Cowl Overload and Equipment Failures

•The Assassin's Cowl activates with a finisher or a powered melee. •Chain-finishing with the Cowl will temporarily remove invisibility, and then assert again after successful application of the latter. ••The sword's cooldown has now replaced a melee over a past update *thus when rolling with a sword, melee does not recharge while near an enemy.* These are not problems, but statements, to pin certain game logics before explaination. *
that last part ruined half my combos and fighting capability, actually. I had to adapt, so I run dual snipers now to no-scope my immediate problem before rolling and switching back to sword instantaneously just to reaquire a melee charge.. which is kind of like plowing a screw in with a hammer, with a drill on your hip.
* However, in furious combat, these might end up overlapping each other with ping(?) or lag or serious amounts of effort. Finisher after finisher, multi-kill uppcut melees, dodge, multi-sword kills, multi-kill uppercuts, finishers, rolls, sword, finishers, (but not in any particular order other than heated chaos) being blasted to heck and flawless executions of no taken damage ALL will end up "overloading" computation(?) in to making it stop working altogether. No more invisibilty after elemental melee kills and finishers. Even the socketed mods will cease to flourish their bounties. (ex: special ammo finders will still be there in character check, but will be inactive during gameplay)
My best guess was that when I have multiple enemies struck with melee abilities, and have to finish one or multple targets with sword in hand, rolling to finishers, and/or switching weapons to roll to get more melee charge, going back and forth from swords, problems ignite.. Though this will happen even if I have a different type of heavy weapon equipped.. which is why I am here.
Then the jig is up, I'm exposed for the rest of the strike or raid. Sometimes this bug persists through death and playlists, requiring a hard restart of some sort. It has occured in-game with all subclass types I have ran with. •On another note, I believe this might be similar to what happens when my cloak flies off during stone cold smackdown combat, and I am a capeless man rocking a nipped hood. ••Titan sashes will clip and disappear as well under massive amounts of stress. •••Warlock coat tails will nip to waist under such conditions as well. I don't like most Hunter Cloaks, Warlock Coattails or Titan Marks. So I work hard to rip these off. It may be tied with why and/or how the Cowl fails. Function is imperative for an Exotic, so the broken aesthetics can take a hike. (Though the option to nip and cut class items would make for thousands of new looks) I just decided to recreate dreamer's and refugee cloaks from collections since this happened so frequently. Two of which I almost have masterworked! :D I don't know how masterworking my favorite common items came to be possible, but if it wasn't Bungie.. Destiny works in mysterious ways.
I asked and pleaded ages ago.
I understand I don't have the best internet, but help would be appreciated. If need be, I'll try and recreate this issue on a video record for science. Most of the time I am in a firefight and cant stop. Much like trying to thread a camel through a needle.
