Unable to place Rally Banner
The circle to place the first rally banner in Pit of Heresy is no longer available. The last 4 times I have run the dungeon I haven't been able to place a banner during the first encounter. I know it's not exactly necessary for the easiest encounter, but it's still nice to have full ammo.
Is this a bug, or is it by design? I never saw this isn the patch notes.

While I was farming for catalyst kills in Last Wish, the white circle did not appear anymore and it appeared to me that I ran out of Rally Banners.
