Since it’s being sunset, it’s no longer in the world loot pool. However you can get the armor in Menagerie via the correct runes.

Wait how does that make any logical sense tho? It's going to be sunset but they take it out before that date knowing people will be trying to farm for it? I gotta agree with the other person tho things like armor sets should be obtainable on the planets they are connected to since you can't reobtain them from collections. Also why do some things have versions of the same gun with set perks you can reobtain but not others?
