If you have the MAGNIFICENT set you can masterwork it the normal way, with shards. The one task per item on the set is just for the white glow. DO NOT masterwork if you dont have the MAGNIFICENT set.

Yeah, I am on the Magnificent set. I have my arms and class items complete, but I don't know if I have to have the whole set completed. I would guess I would have to since I had to to level them up the various generations. Disappointing.
