Am i mad or wasnt ALL rasputin weapons meant to spawn warmind cells? seventh seraph CQC, Ikelos weapons, etc. But post season of worthy ONLY the SMG has dropped them from what ive been seeing? I havent actually tested the ikelos sniper for pve because rapid fires for pve is just not worth it as they do nothing on a body shot.
Point is ive not seen a single warmind cell drop from me using my Seventh Seraph CQC's in PVE. Im just wondering if this was an intentional redaction of them being able to spawn the cells or not as the shotgun is just REALLY nice feeling and i love the warmind cell builds.
I've been using the reprised 1.0.2 IKELOS weapons and they are creating Warmind cells. One thing that many forget is that the weapons that can create Warmind cells will only do so if there is also a mod equipped for creating Warmind cells. The go to easiest one is Global Reach, which has no elemental affinity and extends the blast radius. You can equip it on any armor piece with a Dawn, Worth or Arrivals seasonal mod slot.
Other non-IKELOS and non-Seraph weapons can also create the cells with the right setup. Sunshot and Xenophage, for example, can create cells when Wrath of Rasputin is equipped.
