From what I understand, at least in regard to reporting cheaters via the website, "form submissions are automatically sorted and are not guaranteed to be read or responded to by a Bungie employee." What about in-game/app reports? Does Bungie even review the reports? Does it stop me from getting matched with/against that player? Does the person who was reported face any sort of consequence? Someone tell me what it does and how it works. Seriously. Please.
