All classes have identical sprint speed, mobility only affects strafe/walk speed and max jump height.
Dunemarchers, stompees and transversive steps all grant 10% increased sprint. I might be wrong about the % boost but they are all equal boosts.
Regarding dodge, i think all class abilities should have their cooldowns reworked. Maybe just a static 20-25 seconds for all of them without the possibility to decrease it.

Dodge and barricade are good as is, only rift needs adjustment.
