I agree that SMG's have it rough right now. I feel like I can secure kills better with a sidearm.

thats because they are better statistically as well as in feel/control

IMO sidearms reach a little to far. Single shot and double burst seem to be too good at hitting at 15-20 meters. Unfortunately that’s about the range of most SMG’s , and on Console with their recoil it’s not even a contest most of the time. I’ve had far better success with sidearms as of late in Comp and scrims then with SMG’s.
