ok yeah, not sure on that one. do any of the mars adventures get you into that area. i don't think they do but that might be your only option if you've already done that campaign mission. you could try re-running the campaign to get in there. go see amanda holiday in the tower garage. but that's a long story mission just to get that one fragment, that's for sure.
