Can We Please Address the Disconnect Between the Developers and the Playerbase?

I see so many people complaining about legitimate problems with this game. I've throw my fair share of complaints against the brick wall that is these forums and I know I'm just a drop in the bucket with no real sway. I fully expect my voice to not be heard. However, when I see a good amount of players agreeing on the same complaint, including some bigger names, and Bungie still doesn't seem to get the message, I feel there's a major problem there that really needs to be addressed. Does Bungie even look at these forums? I know there more salt here than the frozen food section at Walmart, but there are legitimate concerns that crop up from time to time, but go unaddressed.

Hello fellow guardian. I have been part of the Destiny community since day 1 of D1 (not on this account tho), and in my mind, the game has had a lot of impact based on our feedback over the years. Everthing from how the expansions nowdays dont lock original content behind paywalls, like the ability to completely play PvP or any strikes, even the content you owned, is currently changed for better. It is hard to remember sometimes how things have changed during the years. Also, i want to bring out the perspective of the developer, since i have also worked on gaming industry, being both level designer and game designer, and also giving feedback by playtesting. I can pretty much assure you, that Bungie, or atleast someone at Bungie, knows everything that is going on with the forums and feedback, especially the bigger threads. Devs love to sometimes read "shitposts" from people and to get insight on what people are talking and discussing about. So the devs are not "stupid" or "blind" in anyway here. The usually feeling of disconnection come when actions dont happen instantly. Game development is a big and complex thing, and they propably have something more important to do. Secondly, the developers know much more about the game than you do. No matter how freaking hardcore you are, they know the stuff better, and they also know the future more than we do. There might be a patch/hotfix/update coming in the following months that addresses a problem thats hot right now on forums. Thirdly, most of the times, people just dont understand the complexity of these games, and even the most simpliest change could break a lot of stuff, or heard the economy, etc. This comment is written with bad english at night while laying on my bed, but i just wanted to give you other perspectives. Trust the Devs on what they are and will do.
