Will DCV'd seals still be available if the unobtainable requirement has already been met. For example, if I only had the Truth To Power lore book required to complete the Lore Seal, and will not be able to complete before Beyond light as you can only collect one every three weeks, will it still be removed or will I still be able to collect it?
The Dreaming City is not being Vaulted. So you will be able to acquire the lore book after Beyond Light.

 • <inb4 Witch Queen vaults Forsaken content. I actually hope they do that though...>

 • The dreaming city will definitely go away around The Witch Queen. Since she’s the one behind the curse (Well, I know Riven started the curse when we wished for her death, but Savathun is using it now).

 •
<inb4 Witch Queen vaults Forsaken content. I actually hope they do that though...>
Here’s my prediction for Beyond Lights content: Beyond Light happens and the meat of season 12 involves us working with Mithrax (seasonal vendor) and House Light to combat the new House of Darkness. The season could end with Saint and the Vanguard acknowledging House Light as a true ally of the city. Season 13 sees us continue the work we’ve done, but this time in Old Russia. We’d work with Shiro-4 and combat House Darkness here. SABER and Sepiks have been repurposed/rebuilt under House Darkness to help give them a boost after the events of Season 12. A new quest would air that involves us tracking and finding Uldren at the request of Petra. We’d find him, get a new version of the Alpha footage cutscene. He’d refuse to come back with us and tells us to leave him alone, giving us the double barrel shotgun seen on his back in some merchandise/concept art from Forsaken. Season 14 links into House Darkness once more, but only briefly. We track them to a holdout on Europa where we learn their attempts in Old Russia were to try combat the new onslaught of Vex seen throughout the system. We’d find a key location being VoG (accessed through Nessus) and after the world’s first completion Ikora has a new quest for us. This would teach us how to free Praydeth and with his help we’d fight back against the Vex once again. The season would end with us discovering how to officially break the Curse on the Dreaming City. Season 15 would see us follow through with such plans. We’d use whatever it was to work towards breaking the curse alongside Petra and the Techuns (and maybe Riven) and eventually kill Dul Incaru. Invoking an Savathun to get very peeved. Petra closes off the Dreaming City, and Savathun finally makes her appearance for Witch Queen.

 • <I don't want the raids or strikes to factor into the story that much. Especially Omnigul and Sepiks. Though the basic outline I can get behind. I, too, believe we'll start with Fallen and transition into the Dreaming City. Though my outline's a bit more basic. Beyond Light - Darkness -> Fallen (raid) Season 12 - House Darkness remnants Season 13 - House Dusk and Uldren's return Season 14 - New Uldren, the Awoken, and the Scorn Season 15 - The Dreaming City Season 16 - Savathun.>

 • Given Bungie’s track record of doing so, I can easily see them incorporating the Strikes and Raids into the seasonal story.

 • <Yeah, it's just... I don't really enjoy that because it leaves so many questions. If Omnigul is brought back, why? How many times must we do this back-and-forth? Same goes for Sepiks. SABER at least makes some sense because Rasputin isn't there to defend. I disliked this idea because of the Fanatic and Pit of Heresy. We still haven't killed PoH's perpetrators. We still haven't permanently dealt with the Fanatic. I know there's a good chance we'll deal with the latter in Y4, but I hate that it went on for so long in the first place. I don't need a lore reason to replay something, just look at Prophecy.>

 • Good, but I think season 15 is going to involve scorn. Calling it, the prophecy of year 4 is going to be killing the fanatic one and for all.

That “Kell’s Echo” was them prophecising Eramis and her use of the Darkness.

 • I meant like a dungeon released during the year, like what prophecy was.

 • <I think that's more in reference to the "side story" thing that Prophecy was, not exactly the context of Prophecy itself.>

 • Yeah, I meant a dungeon released that gives a check up on another story.
