It is possible but not very common.
I would just assume they were good players and used slug shotguns.
Not every player who destroys you in PvP is a cheater.

I totally know that their is some wicked players in PVP and i don't asume anyone better then me is always a cheater but this ware smurf accunts with 1023 power and i am 1071 they ware lighthouse Flawless and using First in Last Out shotgun

Slug shotguns are ment to kill at further ranges than normal shotguns and are ment for precision kills. Light level doesnt mean anything. You can lower it on purpose. If you are suspicious you can look them up on trials report. Carries are still a thing though.

If something is really off like winning 7 matches in a row without even matching against opponents than theyre are doing something that is kot ment to be in the game. Looking at your last games, i cant see anyone on the opposing team who absolutely destroyed you and your team.
